You fit your HOROTAG device under the seat, once and for all. The RUUVI counts your engine hours on its own, the GPS trackers keep watch over your bike, and the app reminds you of oil changes and service at the right time: history sealed server-side, ready for resale.

  1. You fit the device

    Under the seat, in the electrical box or on the frame. 3M adhesive or Rilsan zip ties in the box. No tools, no wiring. Fifteen minutes the first time, then you forget it.

  2. You ride

    On RUUVI, the device detects engine vibrations and counts your real hours to the minute: offline, with no app to open, keeping its hours until the next sync. On GPS and ULTIMATE GPS, the tracker follows your bike's position and alerts you if it moves without you.

  3. The app does the rest

    You open the app and everything updates: hours synced over Bluetooth (RUUVI), estimated from trips (ULTIMATE GPS) or from the length of your rides (GPS), service reminders raised at the right time, invoices filed in 2 taps. Server-sealed log, tamper-proof.

Which bikes is it compatible with?+

All of them: 50 to 1300 cc, 2-stroke or 4-stroke, motocross, road, trail, custom, scooter, any brand. RUUVI counts hours by sensing engine vibration; GPS and ULTIMATE GPS fit any bike (hours estimated from the length of your rides on GPS, from trips on ULTIMATE GPS).

Installation?+

3M adhesive under the seat or Rilsan zip ties on the frame, then scan the QR in the app. On RUUVI, a 60-second calibration on top. Allow 15 minutes the first time.

Subscription?+

None. You pay for the device once. The app is free. 4G connectivity is included for 10 years on the GPS and ULTIMATE GPS models.

What if the device breaks?+

Replace it in the app: history and hours are preserved on the new device.
