Terms and conditionsof sale.

1. Seller

The HOROTAG brand is distributed and marketed by ENVYTECH, a limited liability company with share capital of €100, registered with the Versailles Trade and Companies Register under no. 921 704 946, with registered office at 184 Route de Rambouillet, 78125 Saint-Hilarion, France. Intra-community VAT: FR64 921 704 946. Managing director: Robin Deboves.

2. Purpose

The seller markets three devices in the HOROTAG family: HOROTAG RUUVI (Bluetooth Low Energy), HOROTAG GPS (4G / LTE-M cellular, IoT SIM included, low-power tracker + anti-theft, log of hours estimated from the length of the detected rides and adjustable by the user, with no mileage, for all riders) and HOROTAG ULTIMATE GPS (4G / LTE-M cellular, IoT SIM included, premium GPS tracker with detailed trip tracking + alert the moment the bike sets off, then positions refreshed every 10 minutes while it moves, ultra-rugged device, log of hours and mileage estimated from the recorded trips and adjustable by the user, for sportbikes, café racers and roadsters, for demanding road riding as much as off-road), together with the associated services (digital service log, iOS / Android app, resale QR generation).

3. Pricing

HOROTAG RUUVI: single device €129 incl. VAT.
HOROTAG GPS: single device €299 incl. VAT (4G IoT SIM included for 10 years, no subscription).
HOROTAG ULTIMATE GPS: single device €399 incl. VAT (4G IoT SIM included for 10 years, no subscription).
Multi-product bundles: HOROTAG RUUVI + HOROTAG GPS €409 incl. VAT; HOROTAG RUUVI + HOROTAG ULTIMATE GPS €499 incl. VAT.
Licences (digital goods, one-off purchase, delivered as an activation key): log without a device €49 incl. VAT; moving a GPS tracker to a new bike €9 incl. VAT.
Accessories: HOROTAG RUUVI lithium battery €6 incl. VAT; 3-lithium-battery kit for HOROTAG GPS €15 incl. VAT; 3-lithium-battery kit for HOROTAG ULTIMATE GPS €15 incl. VAT; complete mounting kit €9 incl. VAT (1 high-strength double-sided adhesive pad, 1 3M hook-and-loop strip, 2 cable ties, 1 prep wipe).
Delivery included in mainland France and Corsica for any order containing at least one device. An order made up of accessories only has €4.99 incl. VAT of pickup-point shipping added, shown in the cart before payment. Prices are stated in euros, all taxes included, at the French VAT rate of 20 %. The shop applies no other VAT regime: the sales area is the one defined in article 5.

4. Payment

Secure payment via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, and other cards subject to availability). No banking data is stored by ENVYTECH. Invoice issued automatically at the time of payment and kept for 10 years (French legal requirement).

5. Sales area and delivery

Sales area. The horotag.com online shop sells and delivers exclusively in mainland France and Corsica. No order can be placed there with a billing or delivery address outside that area, including the French overseas departments and collectivities and Monaco: the order is refused before any payment and no amount is charged. Enquiries about any other destination may be sent to contact@horotag.com; they give rise to no sale through the site. Delivery. Dispatch within 48 business hours, then 48-72 h via tracked Colissimo. The tracking number is sent by email at dispatch.

6. Legal and commercial warranties

You benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (art. L217-3 to L217-14 of the French Consumer Code): two years from delivery of the goods, defects appearing within that period being presumed to have existed at delivery; you choose between repair and replacement, free of charge. You also benefit from the legal warranty against hidden defects (art. 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code), two years from discovery of the defect. In addition to these legal guarantees and without restricting them (art. L217-21 and L217-22), ENVYTECH grants a commercial warranty of 24 months from delivery: faulty hardware → free replacement. The history is preserved via the “Replace the device” procedure in the app, along with the sealed hour meter if the device is a HOROTAG RUUVI. Spare parts (art. L111-4 of the French Consumer Code): the devices are sealed electronic assemblies and are not repairable — no spare part is therefore offered, and a covered failure is settled by replacing the whole unit. Consumables remain on sale with no end date announced to date: HOROTAG RUUVI spare battery (€6), tracker battery kits (€15) and mounting kit (€9).

7. Right of withdrawal

14 days from receipt (art. L221-18 of the French Consumer Code), with no reason to give. The device must be returned complete — device, battery and mounting kit. You may try it and handle it as you would in a shop: only a depreciation resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and proper functioning may be charged to you (art. L221-23). Return shipping is at the customer's expense. Refund within 14 days of recovering the goods or of proof of their dispatch.
