Terms and conditionsof sale.

1. Seller

The HOROTAG brand is distributed and marketed by ENVYTECH, a limited liability company with share capital of €100, registered with the Versailles Trade and Companies Register under no. 921 704 946, with registered office at 184 Route de Rambouillet, 78125 Saint-Hilarion, France. Intra-community VAT: FR64 921 704 946. Managing director: Robin Deboves.

2. Purpose

The seller markets three devices in the HOROTAG family — HOROTAG RUUVI (Bluetooth Low Energy), HOROTAG GPS (4G / LTE-M cellular, IoT SIM included, low-power tracker + anti-theft, manual hour log, for all riders) and HOROTAG ULTIMATE GPS (4G / LTE-M cellular, IoT SIM included, premium GPS tracker with detailed trip tracking + real-time anti-theft, ultra-rugged device, manual hour log, for motocross, enduro, trial and supermoto riders), together with the associated services (digital service log, iOS / Android app, resale QR generation).

3. Pricing

HOROTAG RUUVI: single device €129 incl. VAT; Pack 2 €249 incl. VAT; Pack 5 €549 incl. VAT.
HOROTAG GPS: single device €299 incl. VAT (4G IoT SIM included for 10 years, no subscription); Pack 2 €569 incl. VAT.
HOROTAG ULTIMATE GPS: single device €399 incl. VAT (4G IoT SIM included for 10 years, no subscription); Pack 2 €769 incl. VAT.
Delivery included in mainland France. For the European Union outside France, the rate is shown in the cart before payment. For intra-EU B2B orders outside France with a valid VAT number, the reverse charge applies (VAT at 0 %).

4. Payment

Secure payment via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, and other cards subject to availability). No banking data is stored by ENVYTECH. Invoice issued automatically at the time of payment and kept for 10 years (French legal requirement).

5. Delivery

Dispatch within 48 business hours. Mainland France: 48-72 h via tracked Colissimo. EU: 3-5 business days. The tracking number is sent by email at dispatch.

6. Warranty

Contractual warranty of 24 months from delivery. Faulty hardware → free replacement. The sealed hour meter and history are preserved via the “Replace the device” procedure in the app.

7. Right of withdrawal

14 days from receipt (Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code). The device must be returned in its original packaging, uninstalled. Return shipping is at the customer's expense. Refund within 14 days of receiving the return.

8. After-sales service

9. Governing law

French law. Competent court: Versailles. Consumer mediation available on request.
