Never. Our servers are in France, we follow the GDPR to the letter, and there's no third-party tracker. For ULTIMATE GPS and GPS, positions are stored in Europe and never leave the HOROTAG infrastructure, unless you generate a theft report that you hand over to law enforcement yourself.

You go to Settings → Privacy → Delete my account. The account stays recoverable for 30 days (technical reactivation window), then all your data is erased permanently.

All motocross and enduro bikes from 50 cc up, whatever the brand. The device detects engine vibrations, whatever the engine type. It also works on trial and supermoto bikes.

Up to 5 years in normal use. When your bike isn't running, the device sleeps — it uses almost nothing. When the battery starts to weaken, you swap it yourself in under a minute: it's a standard coin cell.

The IoT SIM covers all of Europe. Outside it, the trace is stored locally; positions will only be reported once back in the covered zone. Engine hours, meanwhile, are entered by hand whenever you like, with or without a signal.

Outside a session, HOROTAG ULTIMATE GPS sends its position every 8 hours. If the bike moves more than 5 km outside your usual patterns, or if an implied speed is detected outside a session, the app receives an alert with a map. You respond with 3 options: « it's me », « I'm checking », or « confirm theft ».

No. It's a detection and recovery tool that works alongside it. In the event of a confirmed theft, we generate a sealed PDF report ready to hand to law enforcement, with a map, timestamps, hardware identifiers and a real-time URL for investigators.

They'd have to physically find it (tucked under the seat / in the electrical box) and then break it. It's possible but it takes time — and every position sent before it's disabled stays in the report.

They scan the QR code you put on your listing and see, on their phone, your entire history: how many hours the bike has really run, every oil change, every part replaced, the photos you've added.

Every line of the log is locked by a server signature. If someone changes so much as a comma, the signature no longer matches — a mechanic, an expert or a buyer can verify with a single scan that a log is intact, even offline.
