General termsof use.

1. Access to the service

Using the HOROTAG apps (mobile + web) implies acceptance of these terms. 1 account = 1 person. No sharing. You can manage several bikes under the same account.

2. Sealed hour meter

The engine hours recorded by the device are sealed server-side. Once sealed, they can neither be reduced nor erased — not even by HOROTAG. That is what guarantees the value of the service log.

3. Transfer at resale

When a bike is resold, the initiating owner generates a transfer. The buyer scans the QR code and accepts — ownership switches over, the sealed hour meter stays.

4. Lost or stolen device

Once reported via the app, the server rejects any further sync from that device. A “Replace the device” procedure preserves the history and the sealed hours.

5. Responsible riding

HOROTAG is not a safety device or an emergency assistance service. Ride safely, wear your gear, respect the trails and local regulations.

6. Governing law
