The capacity in which this company declares — manufacturer within the meaning of Article 14 of Directive 2014/53/EU, or distributor — is not settled. See "Open questions" below. Until it is, this field cannot carry the word "manufacturer".
Responsibility for the declaration
This declaration of conformity is issued under the sole responsibility of the manufacturer.
Object of the declaration
Band and power come from the datasheet of the original sensor (April 2023). They have not been measured on a unit running the HOROTAG firmware: as things stand they are indicative and cannot be declared.
The object of the declaration described above is in conformity with the relevant Union harmonisation legislation:
- Directive 2014/53/EU (RED) — making radio equipment available on the market
- Directive 2011/65/EU (RoHS) — restriction of the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment
- Delegated Directive (EU) 2015/863 — amending Annex II to Directive 2011/65/EU

These references are those of the declaration issued by the sensor manufacturer on 10 March 2022. None of them is currently backed by a test report held by the declarant: that is what the "test basis" column says, and it is the second open question below.
Where applicable, notified body involved and EU-type examination certificate issued
No notified body has been involved. The procedure envisaged is Module A (internal production control), which involves none — provided the harmonised standards are applied in full, which remains to be established.
Where applicable, description of accessories and components, including software, which allow the radio equipment to operate as intended
