The service log is included with all three, and all three count hours on their own. Only the RUUVI seals them: the GPS estimates them from how long you ride, the ULTIMATE GPS from your trips, and you can adjust them.
These accessories are spares. Every device ships with its batteries already fitted and its mounting kit: a CR2477T on the HOROTAG RUUVI, a set of three cells on the trackers. The kits sold here are a full spare set.
